It all began with a simple yet profound realization by a family of four—a realization that society thrives only when its most vulnerable members are cared for, empowered, and uplifted. They saw the struggles faced by youth, women, people with disabilities, the elderly, street children, and marginalized communities like slum dwellers, sex workers to name a few, and they felt an unshakable responsibility to take action.
This family envisioned a society where education is holistic and accessible, where individuals find a purpose for life and dignity in every work irrespective of the face that whether it is an organized or unorganized sectors, and where every elder receives complete medical care. They dreamed of a world where street children grow up with respect, love, and opportunity to become a contributing member of the society, and where sex workers are provided pathways to meaningful employment and social acceptance.
With this vision, the Lighthouse Foundation was born—a symbol of their commitment to creating transformative change. This initiative reflects their belief in collective responsibility and their resolve to stand with those whose voices often go unheard. Through empowerment, education, and compassion, the Lighthouse Foundation strives to turn these dreams into reality, one step at a time perpetually.
